Coach J is running a series of fitness challenges that will put your physical fitness to the test! From February 18th – April 18th 2015, Coach J will be issuing a variety of fitness challenges that are sure to push your body to its limits!
To participate, all you have to do is keep up to date on the latest fitness challenges given by Coach J. Follow him on social media to keep in the loop.
