Build your road riding endurance strength indoors with this class geared toward those who enjoy cycling outdoors on the road. Using high intensity, endurance based drills, breakaways/sprints and hill climbing sequences to simulate a more meditative, challenging ride. This low impact class uses music, RPM and visualization cues to inspire and build your strength for future rides outdoors. Great for the everyday commute rider, the athletic road racer and long distance rider. All levels welcome.
Fitness tracking devices (i.e. FITBIT devices or classic heart rate monitors) are welcome.
(instructors may speak to your RPM (revolutions per minute) within a cadence to establish the tempo of the sequences)
Mobile devices (i.e. phones) must be off during class.
