This low impact cardiovascular strength building class incorporates elements of high energy sequencing tied to the beat of the music to inspire your ride. Interval training on the bike may include pyramid formatted drills, sprints and tabata style sequencing in or out of the saddle (seat) with a rhythmic base. A motivating class to relieve stress, tone your muscles and will have you smile as you ride. Classes may include optional upper body strength sequences giving you a full body workout as you ride.
Fitness tracking devices (i.e. FITBIT devices or classic heart rate monitors) are welcome.
Mobile devices (i.e. phones) must be off during class.
