80% indoor cycling sequenced drills –and- 20% mix strength intervals

A cardiovascular strength building class based on an interval training format where select interval sequences may be on or off the bike throughout the class.

Using high intensity, endurance based drills, breakaways/sprints and hill climbing sequences within your ride, portions of the class will support your full body strength training off the bike by being grounded on the floor engaging upper body strength, core, dynamic movements and/or plyometrics to enhance your full body conditioning.
