Pro tips to note for class:
NUTRITION: Make sure to eat no less than 90 minutes before class to ensure proper digestion before class.
SHOES: All classes will be barefoot. You’re welcome to bring a yoga mat for class. If you do not have one, one will be provided for you in studio
HANDS ON vs. HANDS OFF: Our instructors are well versed on giving verbal cues and posture alignment corrections through tactile adjustments. If you’re not comfortable being touched or adjusted in anyway, please inform the instructor before the start of class.
MOBILE DEVICES: Phones must be off during class.
