Hatha Yoga

A yoga practice that moves through a flow of poses that will lengthen, strengthen, energize and nourish your body. The class will focus on body alignment, with a therapeutic approach, as well as mindful exploration of body and state of mind. Breath and postures will work together to help you connect with or change how you feel.

HANDS ON vs. HANDS OFF: Our instructors are well versed on giving verbal cues and posture alignment corrections through tactile adjustments. If you’re not comfortable being touched or adjusted in anyway, please inform the instructor before the start of class.
