Restorative yoga is a restful practice of relieving stress and tension in the body through supportive, therapeutic postures. A very still practice in nature, this class will allow you to fall into postures with the support of bolsters (pillows), straps, blankets and sandbags. Great class to take at the end of the day to prepare to sleep. Perfect class for beginners.
HANDS ON vs. HANDS OFF: Our instructors are well versed on giving verbal cues and posture alignment corrections through tactile adjustments. If you’re not comfortable being touched or adjusted in anyway, please inform the instructor before the start of class.
