Yin Yoga Classes

Yin yoga is an active, still practice of held yoga postures that allows us to work at deeper levels of the body’s anatomy, the connective tissue, in a safe, gentle and supportive way. It is designed to relieve stress, alleviate tension and target deep fascia often focusing on mobility in the spine and joints like the hips and shoulders. This grounded practice is for all levels of practitioner and an excellent practice for anyone recovering from injuries, athletes looking to increase their natural range of motion and students looking for the perfect complement to their active practice.
